Returns

If something isn't right, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• For safety, candles that have been lit can't be returned.
• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
• For all other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days.

How to start a return
